Park in the main lot of Northwood Meadows and head down the wide, main path. At the "y" by the outhouse take a right, go past the pond and take the trail to the left. It meanders past a small log fort that someone was clever enough to build--and is a great place for young explorers to have a snack. Continue a little ways down the trail past the fort to the picnic table and fishing docks. Across the trail from the picnic table you will see several fallen trees on the ground, just off the trail. Look beyond the logs and you you will see a pine tree with 3 main branches emerging from the base. Two of the branches have broken off and only the 3rd main branch is viable. Just behind this tree is the Piggly Wiggly letterbox, buried at the base of the tree. Happy Letterboxing! The 5 M's
