While checking over my planted list, I noticed that I had boxes planted in every CT. county except for Windham so here's my Token. (This no longer holds true but the box remains)

Planted on what I hope is a letterboxing virgin part of the Natchaug Trail. Two miles round trip.

From the intersection of routes 44 & 89, go east on 44 for 2.1 miles, go left onto North Road, go about one mile and turn right at the stop sign onto Floeting Rd.(which becomes Ashford Road) to limited parking on right just after crossing the bridge over Bigelow Brook.

Cross the road, walk back over the bridge and enter the blue trail, keeping the brook to your right. You'll be staying on blue the whole way. After enjoying the brook walk you'll see a double blaze taking you away from the water (this section will take you through a wet area and behind a pine tree on the left, Gizz found a most unusual DEP letterbox) and uphill. Pass behind a house then look on the left for a cell tower. Keep to the blue, zigging and zagging thru forest terrain until you come to an open field to the right. After going back into the woods you'll have a stone wall (one of many, many on this trail) on your left that you'll eventually walk through and STOP.
Site 305 degrees, walk 40 steps to a partially dead evergreen growing out of the rocks. Look in a crevice to the right.

There's a large amount of barbed wire in this area, be careful when off trail. I think I picked a barb free area.

Hike length: 1-2 miles
