This box is located in Powder Mill Park in Pittsford NY.

This box was planted for a letterbox intro for my son's boy scout pack.

Find the parking lot for the playground on Wolston Rd. Stand at the yellow gate, turn around and face the road. Look across the street, and find a large tree. Walk across the street up to the large tree and follow the fence to the right. Come up to a bridge, cross over it. On the other side, look to the left and see a pavilion named Butternut. Walk past the pavilion and you will see a large tree and a wooden post sticking out of the ground. Keep walking toward a set of three multi-trunked trees straight ahead on the left side. Just past the three trees there will be a small narrow path that goes along the creek. Follow the path along the creek, walk past a broken tree on your right side. Continue until you see a broken tree trunk on the left that is jutting out into the water. On the right from this, there will be a path that goes up a small hill. You will see two large trees that has a vine growing on one of them. Go up the small hill, at the top there is a large two-trunked tree with a downed tree in between the trunks. In the hole at the bottom covered by bark and sticks is where you will find the box.

This stamp will look best when used with a red and blue marker. I am pretty proud of this carve, one of my better ones so far.
