This box is a recycle of a PLB from the "We're Off to See the Wizard" ring.
To find The Emerald City, start in Kansas (the parking lot for Terry Hershey Park that's on Dairy Ashford south of Memorial Drive).
When you get to Kansas, go and park as far East as possible. Don't worry, the Wicked Witch of the East is dead! (Ding, dong!)
Head East on the Yellow Brick Road (the Robin Trail). Careful! People come and go so quickly here!
When you get to the second bench on the left side of the trail, sit down and rest. Be careful not to fall asleep--we didn't see any poppies nearby but you know how things are in Oz!
The Wicked Witch of the West has obscured the Emerald City from plain view, so you have to be clever enough to see it. Scan the area in front of you--if you were the witch, how would you have hidden it? Is there something that looks like it belongs in the Haunted Forest that surrounds her castle? Perhaps a tree that looks wierd? No, you're not seeing double, that's the trunk! Could that be what's blocking your vision?
If you're not too sleepy, get up and look between those two trunks. You just may have outwitted the witch! The Emerald City awaits you.
