This letterbox is in Leo French Park in Fairfield. From State Highway 15 (= E. Main St.) on the east edge of town, turn north on NE 7th St. At Washington St., turn right then continue northeast as the road curves to the right. Turn north on Enterprise Rd. Leo French Park will be on your left (west). Park in the paved parking area at the north end of the small lake in the park which is on the west side of Enterprise Rd.
Look for the very large flat boulder which is between the paved parking area and the west edge of Enterprise Rd. From the center of that boulder, go at about 60 degrees (from mag. north), across Enterprise Rd., to a very large tall tree (sorry, I do not know what kind of tree it is!). The box is on the north side of the tree under a flat rock and covered with some plant debris.
Please be sure the contents are double ziplocked when you put them back in the box (i.e. the stamp is in a ziploc, the book is in a ziploc, and the two are in the larger ziploc bag), and put all of it INSIDE the box. Please rehide the box well under the rock and cover with plant debris so that it can not be seen from any direction.
I will not be able to check on this box very often; so, please let me know if you find it or if it is missing or needs attention:
