Drive back to Elkhorn Cemetary located off 27 South out of Richmond. This cemetary is open from 9 AM - 6 PM. Park to the side of the road near the flag pole and look southeast to the caretakers house. Walk towards the large stump and then to the large Beeler family stone beyond. From the backside of this stone walk 10 paces to the cedar tree with the split trunk. What you seek is in the base of this tree. Please rehide so not visible. This cemetary is beautiful and has a stone that tells about the first log cabin school house. Some of Daniel Boone's relatives are buried here.
