Perhaps you are like me and dream of visiting Norway. It would be wonderful to sail up the fjords in a boat, hear a concert in the Trondheim Cathedral, or take in the countryside on a leisurely drive. When I wake up though, I realize that Norway, Illinois is probably as close as I'll ever get. So this box is for all of you other armchair travelling dreamers. Stamp the images, stop in the Norway store for a souvenir and then go home and make Cod fish for supper. Velkommen!!
Norway Cemetery is located on Route 71 southwest of the town of Norway, IL. While this is technically a drive-by letterbox, you need to plan a little extra time for stamping as there are 12 stamps in the box. This box was originally the Destination:Norway PLB.
Stamp included are:
1) Norway title
2) Country of Norway
3) Flag of Norway
4) Reindeer
5) Fishing Boat
6) 3 trees
7) Stocking cap (Dale of Norway)
8) Borgund Stave Church
9) Erik the Awful
10) Hardanger

Contact me if you are interested in the rest of the clue. It would be a good idea to allow several days for a response.
