Take Miller lane straight into Washington Valley Park. Follow the path straight to scenic overlook (hawk watch). Enjoy the view, then take the blacktop trail that runs right next to the overlook in the direction of 180 degrees for a very short distance. Continue into the woods at 180 degrees onto the dirt path. Go 32 paces (2 steps = 1 pace). On the left you will see a large fallen tree. What you seek is at the base of that tree against a large rock.
