**** This box is in memory of a wonderful librarian and new letterboxer, Melanie Leavitt. Her enthusiasm for this hobby was infectious! She will be missed.

Driving directions: From 787 North, go to the end and take a right on Route 32 (Saratoga Avenue) for 1.7 miles, then take a left on 3rd Street (Rtes 32 & 4). The library is about 3 blocks on your right. Park in the lot.

Clues: Locate the Waterford Station sign to the right of the entrance and read its history. Note the year of the Rensselaer and Saratoga Railroad. Walk the first half of this date straight ahead (using steps), then turn left and walk the second half. Locate something large and green, turn and carefully walk to the back of it and reach down low. The box should be close to the ground and covered with leaves. (When I planted it, there was a dead bird right in your path, so be careful.) Please re-hide completely and be discreet, as this is a well-used area at peak times.

*Some boxers have successfully found this at night!
