This is a large stamp (4"x4") and would look best in black ink.

From Highway 40/61, Take Winghaven Blvd. going east.
Turn left at the first stoplight, Technology Drive.
Park in the Midwest Bank Center parking lot.
Carefully cross the street to the three flags in the median of Winghaven Blvd. that you just passed on your way in.
Observe the memorial and write down the poem that is inscribed. (The memorial is the same on both sides, so you can just go to the side that your car is on.)
Then head back to your car and decipher the clues there.
Use the poem to find the missing letters, using the pattern LINE#-LETTER#, ignoring spaces.
