Horses Saratoga Style
Due to a major flaw in my planting of this box in July, it became inaccessible. So, I have moved the box about six miles outside the city in the Middle Grove Cemetery, where hopefully it will have a long stay . Horses Saratoga Style is a collection of Horses created by various artists and located throughout the city of Saratoga Springs. I encourage you to visit some of the different venues where they are located. They are beautiful! A map of their placements can be found at the Saratoga Visitor Center on Broadway.
CLUES
Starting from Saratoga Springs. Take a left at the Adirondack Trust Bank on Broadway onto 9N. Follow 9N out of the city for about 2 miles. Take a LEFT on Middle Grove Rd. Go 3.8 miles to the Middle Grove Cemetery on your right.Enter the cemetery by the stone building and drive up and around the large Masonic stone vault. Park by the Frank J Perry gravestone on the left.Stand facing the stone you’ll see two trees guarding the Barney Stone. Look in the center of the tree on right. Covered with needles and leaves is your prize. PLEASE COVER WHEN REHIDING.
**** If you are collecting charms for the New York Is Charming LB, a set of charms is located about one tenth of a mile further down the road in Greenfield Town Park.
