Visit the Historic Catksill Point.
From the doors by the Freight Master's building, look for the fish sitting high on a pole (it's a sturgeon, you know).
Stand upon the Catskill star below the sturgeon. Step over the rope and follow the gray line to the circle of bushes. Head northwest on the third gray line to the cedar trees.
Check the center of the center cedar.
