OK, I've had soo many complaints, I fixed the clues.
I thought "town" was the direction of the Aquarium. My bad.
Should be easy now.
I was on vacation with my family from the Philadelphia area. Took my daughter kayaking to see the sea otters. Had to carve a commemorative stamp and hide it locally.
Take the paved walk from Fisherman's Wharf towards the Aquarium.
Look for the Sardine Hopper.
On the right hand side, inside.
Under a large block of wood.
