Cheeseburger at Key North
This is an easy and scenic walk. A great time to find our box is during the Cheeseburger Days Festival in mid-August!
Pull into Sleeper State Park Day Use Parking Lot and park at the west end of the parking lot. Take the sidewalk out of the west end of the lot until it ends. Continue due west on the 2-track that starts where the sidewalk ends. Once you see 2 boulders on the right, walk until you are under the twin oak archway and stop. Next to the trail is a fallen forked tree with a hole in it. (You may also see a ‘No Passing Zone’ sign on your left on the main road.) In the hole of the fallen forked tree is the box you seek. Enjoy!
Note: recently we have recieved a report that one of the boulders on the right described towards the beginning of the clues has been moved. Thus you should only pass one of them before continuing.We apologize for any inconvenience caused.Thanks!
