DIFFICULTY: Easy, flat trail
DIRECTIONS: From Lewisburg take 219N to Mill Point, there take left onto 39. Follow 39 til you reach Cranberry Nature Center. Park at the Nature Center and if you are there Thursday thru Sunday 0900-1630 you can visit the center and check out the snakes. Lots of neat books for sale here and visitor info for the area can be found here also.
CLUES: After the visit to the Nature Center take a left when you exit. There is a sign by the door that reads NATURE TRAIL. Go to the trail and follow it to the Stamping Creek Overlook. Just to the left of overlook kiosk under the wood ledge, covered by rocks, sticks and leaves you will find the WV Cardinal. Enjoy!
