Go to where T-birds are educated, to the place where Shakespear, Rogers and Hammerstein, and Arthur Miller's works have all come alive.
In this "small" venue, go to the "East" side of the building and park toward the back of the building. There are yellow polls...follow them to a bush in a box. The stamp is hiding under the bush, beside the wood "wall", beside the last yellow poll. It is on a busy boulevard, and people are often milling about, so be careful not to be spotted. Congratulations!
