Please remember to bring your stamp and ink. This is a short walk that ends on a narrow foot path.
In Shepherd, start at the East four way stop on Wright Avenue. From there travel East. Enter the Salt River Park on the north side of the road. Park in the parking lot in front of the pavillions.
Hunt for the flowing well in the park. From there cross the foot bridge to the west. On the other side, walk North until you are behind right field.
There will be a grassy clearing to the East. Walk East into the clearing. Skip the first turn to the right and walk straight east. Keep the island of trees to your left and the woods to your right. Follow the line of trees until you see a foot path going into the woods.
This foot path runs along the river. You will pass some large chunks of cement. Keep hiking until the path "seems" to end. Ahead of you will be a large tree down. Towards one end of that tree the box is yours!! Have fun.
