Clues

My faithful loving nephew Diesel only got to go on one long letterboxing hike, but he was a letterboxing natural! On Memorial Day of 2007, my brother and sister-in-law took him to the local Memorial Day Parade. When the jets flew over, Diesel freaked out, wiggling out of his harness and ran all of the way from the center of town, down the exit 13 ramp, onto Route 2, with my brother running frantically after him. He was hit by a car coming down the eastbound lanes. We are just crushed. This box is for him. (On a side note..... my brother and sis-in-law pick up their new labrador retriever within the next two weeks.... her name, I believe, is Bella).

Find your way to Bicentennial Park in Kensington which is at the end of Winesap Road. From the parking area, take the trail across the large field, following the red blazes. When you get about 1/2-3/4 of the way down the large hill, turn left on a small unmarked trail. Near the top of the hill, find a stump on the left. Diesel is hiding in front of the stump in a hollow.

PLEASE REHIDE BETTER THAN HE WAS FOUND! I don't want him to go missing!
