This box was planted for Connect For Kids Day At The Park Meet & Greet in honor of the one year anniversary. Connect For Kids is a free online forum that offers parents, grandparents, professionals, students, and anyone interested in children a place to connect to others for support and friendship. Directions: From I-65, take exit 26 for KY-234 toward Bowling Green. Turn left at KY-234 for 0.5 mi. Turn left at KY-880/Lovers Ln. The park will be on your right.
Enter the park and turn left. Park in the front parking lot by the disc golf course. Start at the sign that states the rules. Behind the sign you will see the number one. Walk to it and take a reading of 160 degrees. Continue until you reach your goal. You will know you are at the right one if the number equals the number of white-haired trolls that Treva meets when she climbs up Mount Baldy in the Jan Brett book.
Stop and take a reading of 220 degrees. Continue across the river of rock to the table. You are in the right place if you stand between two goals. One which equals the number of Billy Goats Gruff. The other, the number of letters in the name of the place The Gnome was from in the book by Stephen Cosgrove and Robin James.
Take a reading of 180 degrees. My gnomies hide at the base of the tree.
Please bring your own ink and pen. Be sure to carefully rehide the box in it's original location and make sure it is covered with brush.
