Back in business!....

Lee's Landing is a trail located in Letchworth State Park. It is on the south end of the park, nearest the Lower Falls and Cabin Area A. You will be walking the length of this trail, approximately 1 mile. Before beginning the trail, check out the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps)Statue and the information about the former POW camp located there.

Embark on the Lee's Landing Trail (#5) Use some caution, as the beginning of the trail is steep (our 3-year-old took quite the rolling tumble) Stick to the main trail - don't go off on any of the side trails that you'll see on your right. About 25 paces before the woods (and the trail) ends and open field begins, you'll see a 6-trunked tree. It will be on the right-hand side, about 25 paces off the trail. Search there for the box that you seek. In celebration of placing our first letterbox, there is a small reward for the first finder.
