The "Picquet Monument" stamp is in the eighth letterbox along the Ogdensburg Maple City Trail.
Follow the Hospital signs to Ogdensburgs' Claxton-Hepburn Memorial Hospital parking lot. Park, get out of your car and and walk towards the river. You will find three stone tiers. Carefully walk around the three tiers to the fourth more contemporary tier beneath them. Turn right on the fourth tier walking towards a maple tree. Stand between the sidewalk and the tree, with your back on the tree. Pretend that you area golfing and you will find the hole between the tree and the monument. The "Piquet Monument" stamp is inside it.
