**This letterbox has been reported missing. We do not live in the area and have not checked for ourselves, but two people have reported it missing and I thought I should make note of it. Happy Hunting!!**

We will always remember the summer of 2007 as the summer of catching butterflies. Our kids spent hours with butterfly nets. We took some time off from catching butterflies to visit relatives in Onalaska and decided to hide a butterfly there for everyone to find.

The stamp was designed by our six-year old son. I hope that you can catch it!

Park at the Onalaska Aquatic Center.
Take the sidewalk that circles either side of the pool.
When the sidewalk veers into the woods, follow it.
After you pass a bench next to a trashcan, you'll see a path that leads up to a small shelter.
Look for a unique stump near the path about 20 steps or 10 paces from the sidewalk.
You should be able to catch the butterfly while he rests in that stump.

Please keep us posted on the butterflies condition. We visit Onlaska only occasionally and will not be able to check on it ourselves.
