This letterbox is at Waterman Conservation Center, and is another from Troop 66 as we earn the "High Tech Hide and Seek" Interest Project Award.
1. Go to main kiosk.
2. At a bearing of 310 degrees, walk across field to a path that goes into the woods.
(you should see a red trail marker along the way)
3. Turn down the path of wood chips to the Mysterious Forest.
4. Skip down the trail 25 skips.
5. Then walk to a wooden plank trail.
6. Walk along the wooden plank trail to the end.
7. Jump off the deck and come to a "Y" in the trail.
8. Don't take the wrong path, take the RIGHT! (you should see a red trail marker)
9. Go down 5 stairs and you will see two "eyes" up high, looking at you.
10. Walk to the "eyes" and then continue on the red trail.
11. Walk by the logs that the giants knocked down on both sides of the trail.
12. Continue to a "T" in the trail.
13. Go to the right, onto the Gorge Trail.
14. Follow the Gorge Trail until you get to a stone path.
15. Walk on the stone path until it gets narrower and you see a yellow trail marker on the left.
16. Turn around and face the direction you just came from.
17. Take the same number of steps as the number of letters in Dumbledore's name.
18. Turn left and walk off the trail to the creek.
19. Walk across the creek.
20. Go to the 6.5 foot tall tree stump and stand in front of it with your back to the tree and to the creek.
21. Take a bearing of 270 degrees and walk straight ahead to the bottom of a steep hill. There you will find a big tree with many big roots showing.
22. Look around the roots for the letterbox covered with leaves and rocks.
23. When you are done stamping, put the letterbox back in its place and cover it with the leaves and rocks.
