PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LETTER BOX GOES INTO HIBERNATION WHEN THE FIRST SNOWS HIT THE REGION AND REMAINS DORMANT UNTIL SPRING THAW. ACCESS IS DANGEROUS IN SNOW TIMES AND THE OWNER REFUSES ACCESS TO PROPERTY DURING THESE WHITE TIMES. THE ADVENTURE RETURNS IN TIME FOR EASTER HOLIDAY. BOX WILL ALWAYS BE PULLED AFTER THE FIRST SNOWS REMAIN PERMANENTLY ON THE GROUND FOR THE SEASON. GREAT HOLIDAYS TO ALL...

If you find the Horne Field boat launch site located in Berlin, NH, then these clues will make sense. :)

To find the letterbox: From the parking lot area, face the diamond. Walk directly home, and face East. You will see a green roofed abode, with a stoop that has no walkway. At the base under the second step, (reach into the grass from above the second step) and pull out the letterbox.
Owner has authorized the placement of this box, but, does not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained while on property.

Watch for more letterboxes in the Great North Woods.
Note: This will be a seasonal letterbox. It will be pulled after the first snowfall.

PLEASE NOTE>>>do not confuse bleachers or other outbuildings of the field with the word "stoop".
:) They are not the same thing. Stoop is a word used in British English and in some parts of the USA. Not a local NH term. You will need to research what a stoop is if you are uncertain.

This letter box is in hibernation for the winter..it will return when the snow is cleared and it can be replaced. New clues will follow..as there has been some confusion with the current ones.
