Having admired this person since I was in school and doing many reports on her/him I felt it only fitting to do this letterbox. While doing research for this stamp I was fortunate to be able to see and touch a piece of clothing worn by this person. It has been archived since s/he passed in 1968 at the age of 87.

My thanks to Lundy and Vickster for carving this stamp.

You will have to do a little prep. work for this stamp but it will basically be a drive-by including research. There is a small amount of math involved but a calculator should not be needed. You will need paper and pen. So lets get started.

So many people have to box on the weekends. Its unfortunate more cannot do so on weekdays. But weekends will do for this box.

1. Go to the Wrentham, Ma. Common at the intersection of
Routes 140 and 1A.

2. How many names are on the tallest statue on the common?
There are 161 more names than you will need.

3. Tony - - - - - - - (of Felix and Oscar fame) Road
(F. P. L.)

4 Now find the memorial stone closest to Reliable Dry
Cleaners. Write down all info on the stone for
possible future use.

5. Now go to the place that clues 2 & 3 lead you. Its not
far away and still in Wrentham.

6. Out back is sooooooo pretty and serene. Go and relax
for awhile.

7 Look behind the white pine between the two small oaks.
Do not go to the end of the wooded area near the side
parking lot as there are many briar bushes. You want
to be at the end where it is much easier to walk thru.
You will bushwack about 4-5 feet at this point to get
to your prize.
