MISSING

Level of Difficulty: Easy
Time: .1 mile (some may consider it a Drive-By)

Directions:

Visage was planted at the Revolutionary Cemetery in Salem, NY. There are 162 identified soldiers buried here. Rumor has it that there is also a mass grave of unidentified soldiers from the Battle of Saratoga here, possibly dozens or possibly hundreds…

Take Rte. 22 North into Salem, NY. As you enter Salem, turn left onto Archibald St., following the brown “Old Burial Ground” sign. Immediately turn left into the Revolutionary Cemetery’s parking area on the left.

**You will need your own ink.

Clues:

Go through the gate and sign in at the mailbox. There is also a list of known graves if you are interested. With your back against the flag pole, walk straight to the back of the cemetery. Turn left and go to the rock wall. From Hannah M., go 24 paces to a dead tree (it’s missing half its bark) on your right. Between this tree and the rock wall is Visage.

PLEASE NOTE: The LB is NOT in the rock wall. Please do NOT remove any rocks from the wall. Thank you!

Enjoy!
