Directions:
Imprint On The Future was planted at the Schenectady County Forest in Duanesburg, NY. Take I-90 to Exit 25A. Take I-88 to Exit 24 – Duanesburg/Rte. 20. Take a left off the Exit and go to the stop sign. Take a right onto Rte. 20 West. Go 2.2 miles and turn right onto Duanesburg Churches Road. Go 2.5 miles and turn right onto Lake Road. Go .6 mile to the Schenectady County Forest on the left.
**You will need your own ink pad and a pen.
Clues:
Check out the map and take the trail into the woods. The trail will take a sharp right. At the “Y” veer right. The pond will be on your left. Take your next trail on the right. It will lead you into a small overgrown cemetery. Please be careful where you step as many of the stones have fallen. Make your way to the back left corner of the cemetery to a big maple tree. There is a pile of rocks next to the tree and on top of the stone wall. Behind these rocks and under a small rock and some bark is Imprint On The Future. Please note that it is NOT in the stone wall. Please do NOT remove any rocks from the wall.

For a great view of the pond:
Return to the “Y” and go right. Take the next trail on the right. It goes to the top of the pond. It is a very short walk from the LB and is well worth it!!
