Driving north on Route 16 through the village of North Conway, go approximately 5 miles past North Conway Village until you come to a traffic light with an Irving gas station on the left and Storybook Resort Inn on your right. Take a right at the light and continue onto route 16 North. Follow for 3 miles until you see the Jackson Covered Bridge on your right. Turn right and go through the covered bridge. Go approximately 1/3 mile until you see Thorn Hill Road on your right. Take a right and take the first driveway on the right into the Inn at Jackson parking lot. Park your car and stand in the middle of the parking lot. Let your eyes scan a 360 degree view until your eyes come upon a sign with a green circle attached to a tree. Walk to the green circle. With the green circle now to your left, you will see a large birch tree about 50 feet in front of you. Follow that tree and the other surrounding birch trees in front of you. Stay along the slope and do not walk towards the gully. Go straight for about 50 paces until you come upon a large rock. Here lays the Ski Inn letterbox hidden under some brush and behind the rock. Please recover with brush once you’re done with the box.

The Inn at Jackson, overlooking picturesque Jackson Village, was built in 1902 for the Baldwin piano family and was designed by famous architect, Stanford White. Centrally located to area attractions and restaurants, the inn maintains 14 spacious guestrooms, many with fireplaces and cozy seating areas. The inn's recently redesigned common rooms provide a romantic setting for our delicious breakfasts, afternoon refreshments, or relaxation. After finding your letterbox, please come in and we would be happy to give you a tour!

Three inns in New Hampshire's White Mountains have created a lodging package called "Letterboxinn in the White Mountains". The group formed the White Mountain Syndicate and have hidden boxes for their guests as a treasure hunt. If you are interested in participating, you can view the information on their websites, www.innatjackson.com, www.glenoaksinn.com, or www. notchlandinn.com.
