This site is beautiful and you will want to pack a camera. This hike is suitable for small children and inexperienced hikers. There is a restroom at the bottom of the falls and pit toilets at the top. The Outpost has lots of souveniers and ice cream too!

Start at The Bond Falls Outpost.

Cross the street and go over the bridge.
When we were here in June 08 the bridge was closed. Keep following the rest of the clues and you will be fine.

You will pass a sign that says Warning this river is hazardously fast moving water and slippery rocks no swimming or wading, UPPCO.

Follow the sign trail to falls -->

Continue down the trail toward the bottom of the falls.

You will walk down a short concrete path and then continue on the crushed stone path.

You will come to small tide pool on your right just before some stone steps. Approx 15 paces before the steps you will see a small unmarked trail at a bearing of 260 degrees.

Continue down the path approx 30-35 paces and walk across the log across your path. There is also a two trunked tree on your left, just behind that you will notice a mound of earth and a stump behind it. The box is in the ground right in front of the stump.

You may continue on down the main trail to the observation deck and to the other side of the falls to find The Fishy Fisherman.

Please replace box and hide well. Update us on the status of the box as we do not live in the area.

Follow the observation deck to the other side of the falls (they will be on your right) and go down the steps at the end (6 steps).

Follow a small footpath immediately at the base of the stairs alongside the falls. You will cross under two fallen trees and go approx 10 paces. Take a compass reading of 195 and you will spot a large crack between two rocks. The Fishy Fisherman is hiding under a small rock between the two large ones.

Stamp up and re-hide and keep us updated.

Thanks and Happy Letterboxing!
