Pioneer Flats Picnic Area
Go to the playground.
Look for a small path leading into the woods near the road by the playground pavillion.
Follow the Path.
Look for the large tree which divides the path.
Below the rocks at the base of the tree you'll find the letterbox. Be discreet, and remember to wrap it back up in plastic inside the box to keep it water resistant.
Bring Own Ink Pad and pen.
