This box may be difficult for some, but my boys (age 10,8,6)placed this box.
Directiions: Travel north over Galena summit on Highway 75 about 15 miles to the town of Obsidian. Not much more than a gas station and some cabins in between Fisher creek and Williams creek. From the gas station look east to the top of the hill. That is where the letterbox is. The best way to get there is to park at Williams Creek trailhead, to the north and work your way up along the treeline to the highest point of the hill. There you will find a ring of rocks. Remove the three rocks in the ring to uncover the box. While you are up there, enjoy the six million dollar view of the sawtooth mountains (that's what I was told the government spent to clear the cabins that used to be on the west side of the road). Watch for bluebirds, flickers and hawks.
