**Disclaimer**
The trail that you have to hike in order to get to the letterbox can be dangerous. This is not recommended for families with small children.

BRIDAL VEIL FALLS LETTERBOX:

1) Go to the Bridal Veil Falls site which is in the Provo Canyon parks area. The best way to get here would be to take University Ave in Provo, North until you see the signs for Bridal Veil. You can either park near the paved path entrance, or take the road that parallels the paved path to the Utah Valley Rotary Club Legacy Bridge and park.

2) Park and walk to the falls. If you follow the paved path to the north a little ways (directly in front of the bridge) there is a trail that begins and that will eventually take you up to the top of the falls. The trail is steep, rocky, and winds a lot, but you will eventually get to the top. Enjoy the cool mist as you look down the falls.

3) There is a sign at the top that states that you should not climb any higher then that point. If you are standing in front of this sign, to your left there is a small, rarely used trail. Follow this smaller trail until you come across, a very large, smooth, rock. Underneath the left side of this rock you will find the letter box. It is probably buried under quite a bit of leaves, sticks, and small pebbles.

4) Please make sure that there are not a lot of onlookers around when you take out the letterbox. Enjoy it and re-hide it well. Please make sure that it is hidden and structured in a way that it won't slide down the mountain.

This hike is probably best done if there is no snow. You probably won't be able access it otherwise. Please let me know if you find it. Have fun!!

***NOTE***

I have left Utah and moved to Florida since placing this letterbox. I have not checked on it in quite sometime, but it appears to be active and well, especially after this last winter. I am worried about the status/maintance of the box (ie; filled log book etc), so if you frequent this area and are willing to report on the box's condition, please email me at surfaaron84@aol.com I may even be able to send you fresh supplies for the care of this box. THANKS!!
