Visit this quaint bed and breakfast a block north of the canal in historic Metamora. You can enjoy a baked apple a la mode, a tuna-melt (my favorite), or plan to spend the night. You can just go in a browse around at their selection of collectibles — be sure and ask to see the letterbox. Jeannie had it behind the cash register when we left.
