This box is located at Center Park on Ayrault Rd behind the Rec Center.
On the right side of the parking lot is a small pond. It is probably full of algae and there are a lot of ducks and frogs hanging around in it.
Go through the yellow cement posts, count the light posts starting with the one at the yellow posts. Follow the road toward the playground. Between the 6th and 7th lightposts, there is a path on the right. Follow it around the curve to the left. You are never really out of sight of the soccer field. Shortly before the path comes out of the wooded area, there is a small trail off to the right. Take this trail toward the creek, there will be a big tree at the end of the trail. Right in front of the big tree is a smaller tree that looks like a bunch of branches growing up. In between the two trees is the box, covered by some bark and branches.
Warning...This is an awesome playground. If you have never been here before and come with kids make sure to allow some time to play!
***Please note***
This letterbox was made almost entirely by Holly (age 5). She did the carving and made the log book with only a little help by me.
