Time: 1/2 hour
Difficulty: easy
Directions: Find the boat launch on Lake Tarleton on route 25C.
Please be discreet, this is a very public place.
Bring your fishing pole!
Wanda:
From the parking lot stand with your back to the water and look for the path on the right. From the large rock at the beginning go about 68 paces until you see a large tree on the right. Wanda is around the back under the roots.
Bob:
Go back to the parking lot and look for the path to the right of the boat ramp. Take the path a short distance until you see a large boulder on the right. Bob is around back of the boulder between the boulder and some roots.
Annette:
Continue on path with water to your left. Go past a rocky cove along the water and past some moss covered rocks on the path. The trail will bear left a bit, look for a pair of big pines on the left. To the right of them is a crooked birch tree. Annette is under the roots of this tree.
Annette contains the only log book, the rest are stamps only. Enjoy!
We checked on the boxes today 11/05/07. We went kayaking on the lake. We saw our first Bald Eagle!
