Ozark Swallowtail
If going southbound turn left off US 67 at Highland Drive across from Mansion Mall Shopping Center and Steak and Shake. Go about 4 blocks turn left at T intersection onto 14th St. Go one block up hill and turn right onto Davis St. Go about 4 blocks to the Hendrickson Park entrance.
Park in the lot and cross the footbridge. Take left fork around the flower bed to a sign map. Follow the path left. Follow the path across another footbridge to where it begins to go up. Leave the path and go across the clearing. There is a small, perhaps untended garden at the top. At the righ lower corner go right into the woods. At 5 paces look right at a sweet gum tree with 3 trunks. Look where the 3 trunks join together. There you will find the Ozark Swallowtail. Please rehide carefully.
