The Commissioner has summoned you because of your particular ability to unravel the mysteries of old crime scenes. The “Fish’s Card Room Black Box” caper has stumped authorities for months now. So now you find yourself under the blinker light on M-43 in Mulliken, Michigan, facing West.

Some key terms and hints that your colleagues on the CSI unit have uncovered thus far that will help you in solving this case are: Centennial Acres Golf Course---Sunset---a bridge---a drive---the number 9.

Heading West on M-43 your next point of reference involves something that the following all have in common: Pearly---Golden---Starting---Garden---Bill. Once your crack deductive reasoning figures out what this refers to, you will need to pay attention after you pass that point. (Harken back to the earlier clues).

Eventually you will notice a path on the right that is by a bridge, follow it for just a short distance. From the sign on your left, take 16 paces West. You should notice some skeletal remains to your right. Is this the crime scene you’re looking for? Don’t be too hasty in the examination of the remains. Expand your perimeters. You might want to pay particular attention to an “explosion” of nine tree trunks emerging from the same spot. Me thinks a discovery could be made in their midst. Case closed.
