Go to Red Bank. It's at the end of Redbank Rd.
When you get there take a walk on th esecond pier. Go to the 5th pole on the right and look 90 degrees to your left. You will see a cross and a bush/tree. just to thier right, directly in front of you, is a large rock. Under that rock is where this box resides.
If you want to be a good environmentalist, bring a trash bag. People tend to park and dump here.
But the view is beautiful anyway.
