The title of this box comes from the lyrics of a famous song. The title of the song will help you to find the letterbox. Your search begins at a T intersection in Newport Beach, and the names of the streets that form this intersection both appear in the song title.
When you find the intersection, you'll know you're in the right place because you'll see a stairway at the top of the T. Park in the lot across the street and use the crosswalks to make your way over to the steps. Go up the stairs and turn left on the paved path at the top. As you near the top of the hill, you'll notice an arrow within a blue circle painted on the path. Ignore it, and also ignore the other paths that veer off of the paved one-- stay the course. When you come across the second blue circle and arrow, look ahead and to the right. You'll see a eucalyptus tree with two large white rocks beside it. The rocks point toward a large log lying at the foot of another eucalyptus. In a hold in the end of this log, covered with debris, you'll find the box.
Please be careful not to be seen, and rehide the box well, making sure it is completely covered before you leave. Don't forget to continue down the paved path and check out the view!
