Hello,
I have contacted your organization before about a problem we have had with people placing letterboxes in our parks without permission. Unfortunately, I have not gotten a response from the placers, although I have contacted them numerous times through your site. Your terms of use states clearly that the placer must have permission before placing letterboxes. Our park district requires that a permit be applied for and approved for letterbox/ geocache placement.
Can you please remove these clues from your website and let the placer know that they must contact the Medina County Park District in the future for permission to hide letterboxes. Thank you.
