This is an easy one to find...perfect for small children that have an adult escort.
Begin at the Sisters Library.
On the front pathway, facing the doors to enter the Library, go toward your right following the path. Go left on the path as soon as you can. Pass the doors that lead into the new city hall...path ends...turn left and walk near the large rocks. Look across the street...see a mommy waist high fence...go there..cross street carefully and with adult supervision...see the 2 big rocks...go to the right of them until the fence ends...look to the right for candy corn....under it you will find what you are looking for.
