This letterbox is located on the Crescent Trail. It is off of RT 250 South about .4 mi from Garnsey Rd. If you get to RT 96, you have gone too far.

When you get to the small parking area of the trail, head up the trail in the back.

Walk through the red gate, go along the trail, you will pass a side trail on the right, keep going straight.

As you walk along the trail, on the left you will see a two trunked tree and directly across the trail on the right you will see a fallen two trunked tree. There are several sticks placed up against the roots of the fallen tree. It sort of looks like a teepee. (Assuming those sticks stay that way for a while).

Keep walking straight, shortly after the fallen tree, you will see a three trunked tree with a metal bar growing through the two trunks on the right.

Stop here, facing forward, turn left and go up the hill. There is some rusted out wire fencing right at the beginning of the hill, so watch your step as you go over it.

Keep going up the hill past a big thick tree next to a skinny little tree, to where it levels out. At the top, there will be two fallen trees that may have been a two trunked tree. In the "V" of where the trees join, is what you will be looking for. It will be covered with leaves, bark, and rocks.

Please rehide carefully.

This letterbox was made almost entirely by Matthew (age 7) of the Crazyolis. I only helped a little bit. He even nicked himself carving the stamp! A true letterboxer in the making!
