read about park rules, times, and directions here:
http://www.brmconservancy.org/

HIKE:
about 4 miles round trip, young kids might have trouble with the climb up. Allow 2.5 hours at the most with stamping in, and sight seeing.

Mountain:
a natural elevation of the earth's surface rising more or less abruptly to a summit, and attaining an altitude greater than that of a hill, usually greater than 2000 ft.

Tranquility:
quality or state of being tranquil; calmness; peacefulness; quiet; serenity.

Background:
I have held this stamp in my pack for sometime, waiting for the right place to hide it. After finally getting out, this hike and this box's title were meant to be together..like peanut butter and chocolate. This box was carved by "Cherokee Rose". She has made a great logbook, and a one-of-a-kind container for it. It was a pleasure to hide this for her, and a priviledge to bring her art to this area. I hope the locals enjoy it, and apprecite her efforts. I'd love to bring more art to this area, and plant for them. I will maintain this box, and report back to her as needed, etc.

Clue:
Park in the lot, head to the park sign, sign the waiver, and grab a map. Carefully cross the railroad tracks, and be on your way. Your job is to navigate the map, and find your way to the "ridge loop trail". Hike it counterclockwise for a super elevation challenge, or clockwise for a path a little easier. You are gonna hike it all the way to the top, where the loop bends to decend back down. At this point, you wll see a private property sign, and more importantly a trail marker that has a red and a blue cirlce on it. Directly behind that marker in the woods you will find your prize. Walk 20-25 steps, and see if you can spoy the container. It will be easier in fall, and quite harder with foilage on. Hike a little further uphill to stamp in and look around at a small overlook.
