** This box has been reported missing! We'll take a look soon! **
This involves about 1/2 mile of easy hiking.
Park in the North Lot of Durant Nature Park (the Durant Road entrance). Walk through the yellow entrance gates. The first trail you come to on the left is the "Secret Creek Trail".
Follow this trail over the wooden bridge. Continue on this trail as it goes downhill to the creek. Grab a tree-spotting guide if there are any in the brochure-holder you pass shortly after crossing the bridge.
Stay on the trail along the creek until you come to a clearing where there is a map of the park. (another trail joins from the right). By this time you should have spotted all of the trees on the tree-spotting guide.
Continue along the creek after the map. You will come to a dip in the trail where a smaller trail joins in from your left across a flat rock in the stream. Up the hill to the your right is a big tree with a big split in its trunk, overlooking the dip in the trail. Nestled in the base of the tree you will find a bunny waiting!
Bonus: keep hiking on the trail for another 5 minutes or so and you'll come to the playground!
