Flowers in my Bed? was planted for the 4th Annual TexasWildflower LB Event at the Birch Creek Unit of Sommerville State Park.

Directions:
From Brenham, take Highway 36 North through Somerville to Lyons. Turn left (west) on Highway 60 and travel approximately 8 miles. Turn left on Park Road 57 and to 4 miles to the entrance. Stop at the entrance station to pay the fee ($3/adult), get a map and ask for directions to Group Pavilion 3. It’s by the Cedar Elm camping area.

To the box:
Once you have found the Group Pavilion 3, go north on the road for a short way to the trail sign and go right on the trail, passing the two benches. At the T in the trail, turn right and walk about 140 steps to a small clearing with a large oak tree on your right, about 15 steps off the trail. From this point on the trail, continue walking an additional 50 steps to another clearing on your right. You should see three China Berry Trees in this clearing. Staying on the trail, but with your back to the middle tree, look across the trail and you will see a large oak tree about 18 steps off the trail. Walk to this tree. Beyond this tree you will see two multi-trunked trees. Letterbox is hiding among the trunks of the tree on the right.

Please let me know how Flowers in my Bed? is doing!
