I placed these boxes in honor of my daughter who turns 9 years old today! The park that I placed the letterboxes is a quiet park but is right next to homes so please be discreet when finding and rehiding.

To get to these boxes: From the 5 Fwy N or S exit on Alicia Parkway. Take Alicia 3-4 miles until it hits Marguerite Parkway. Turn left on Marguerite. About 2 miles from here turn right on La Barca. Make a left on Eastbrook and follow this through this quiet tract of homes until it deadends at a small park.

Box #1 is confirmed missing-nabbed by the gardeners. I'm not sure when I'll be able to rehide, box #2 is still there and in good shape.

Box #2 has been tampered with and needs to be replaced.

Park your car and enter the park. Total roundtrip to find these boxes is about .5 miles. When you enter the park follow the paved path to the left. Look at the trees directly to the left in the ivy. As you walk count 30 trees, when you reach the 30th tree look under the roots where some unnatural looking rocks are. Under these rocks you will find box #1.

Continue along the path, pass by the picnic tables and play equipment. Follow the path until it ends at a dirt path. Take the dirt path to the left and up the hill. Along the right side of the path is a concrete darinage ditch and many homes right on the other side of the fence. When you get to the top of the hill where the drainage ditch curves off to the right you should see a pine tree with a trunk that splits into 4. At the base of the trunk of this tree under a layer of pine needles you will find box #2.

Stay and enjoy the park, it is a great place for small children, a game of football or running your dog.
