A LITTLE SIDE NOTE: YOU CAN MAKE A DAY OF IT AT THIS PARK. IT HAS A PLAYGROUND, PICNIC AREAS, (VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, TENNIS, AND RACKETBALL
COURTS) AND MANY PLACES TO TAKE A NICE LONG WALK.

This box can be reached from two different locations in the park. The first is from directly behind the playground equipment and the other is from the second picnic pavilion parking lot (dead end circle). There is a dirt access road that connects these two areas, the box is located off this access road.
From either starting point begin to walk the dirt path (roughly 150 yards long) towards either the playground or picnic area. About half between the two areas you will come to a tall oak tree that is overhanging the path (if you started from the picnic area it will be on your right, if you started from the playground it will be on your left) you can not miss it because it has a big narrow 2 foot hole in the bottom of it. Once you have found this tree place your back against it (toes still on path, you will be facing North) and look directly
in front of you there should be a large pine tree that is burnt on the bottom in your vision.
Once you have found the burnt pine tree look 45 degrees to your left, you now should see a skinny oak tree with a 3 and 1/2 foot white scar on its side
about 50 to 60 feet away in the woods. It is also grouped with a few skinny pine
trees. Begin to walk toward the oak tree with the scar. Halfway between the tree you had your back against and the tree with the scar stop (you will be standing in the woods). Look 90 degrees to your immediate left on the ground.
Roughly between 8 to 12 steps away (depending on how many times you trip over the underbrush) you will see a stump sticking out of the ground with a few pine
cones on top of it. The box is there.

Enjoy the landscape while you stamp our
home made stamp in your book. Please remember to return the box to where you
found it and in the way you found it. Also be careful putting the box away
because the stump is beginning to crumble. Enjoy the rest of your day in the park. We hope you obeyed to name of the box and Packed a Lunch.
Enjoy!
