This box was originally carved for The Great Book Adventure letterboxing event in Tomball TX in October of 2006. It isn't actually IN Cypress, it's just closer to Cypress than any other 'town'.

Harry Potter was looking for a place to hide the Goblet that he'd been carrying around since his fourth-year adventure. But where? He followed his instincts northwest, then to a main artery in the 'burbs that seemed right, seeing as it was numbered after his last adventure and the last year on the calendar (after a fashion).

He'd heard there were some small structures that looked like little nooks and crannies that might be found in Hogwart's, where a fellow might safely stash such a treasure as the Goblet. It wasn't much of a stretch to locate one of them, since they marked the boundaries of a neighborhood named for a large city in a country north of Hadrian's Wall.

The most convenient of these structures, and southernmost, faces a road that might be patrolled by the wicked witch who gave Dorothy & Co. so much trouble. Harry had no problem landing his broom nearby but Muggles who are driving non-magic cars may have to park them at a place of business named after an element that graces some coats of arms. The road said Muggles will have to cross at the traffic light is a German surname that, at first glance, looks like it might contain only one syllable but is properly pronounced with two. Harry figured that those in the area who have been 'boxing for a while would recognize the name, since an event was held further along the road in fall of 2005.

Once inside the structure, Harry had a choice of four hiding places. He watched for the wicked witch while placing the Goblet and threw it over his left shoulder. The Goblet was safe--it's up to you now to continue to verify that it remains so.

This is a very busy intersection. Please use caution as well as the usual discretion.
