Apple Annie is the first box in an alphabet series I am working on with my 2 and 4 year olds. This box is planted a short distance from the parking lot just off a paved path.

Take Highway 412 to the Sand Springs exit. The road you will exit on starts with the Letter A. Turn north and follow the road to a stoplight. At this intersection you should see the High School and the Sand Springs Childrens Home. Turn East and follow the road until you see the Sand Springs Lake on your left (North). Park in the parking lot.

Follow the path over the bridge and ahead on the left (North) side of the path you will see an area that is grown up with several evergreen trees. This is were Apple Annie is hiding.

Annie is hiding in a hole under the largest tree on the west side of this grown up area. It is the first tree you see when coming up on the path.

This box includes ribbons for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd finders. A very generic 1st finders certificate, a hand carved stamp and stamp pad.

While you are in Sand Springs Be sure to look for Sand Springs (Back in Action!!!) This is a great hand carved stamp (not ours).

Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
