Welcome to Versailles if you are new to the area. You will first need to find the Woodford County Courthouse situated in the center of town. You can park in the courthouse parking lot and take the steps to the right of the Methodist Church down to Big Spring Park or you can turn right on Main Street (with the courthouse in front of you) , make your first left and then another left down the hill to enter the park. As you enter Big Spring Park follow either path past the playground to the bridge. After you cross the bridge you will see a little path on the left going up. Be very careful because it is steep and can be muddy especially if it has been raining. There are rocks to use to make the hike easier. At the top, walk 22 paces. Look to your right and you will see a tree leaning to the right. Your find will be found at the base of the tree under the ivy. Please make sure and rehide very well. Good luck!
